Assets details:

Enhance the realism of your game environments with this versatile pack of 10 low-poly roadside and traffic sign models. Designed specifically for game development, these assets are highly optimized, modular, and completely blank-giving you the ultimate freedom to customize them with your own text, decals, or symbols for any region or setting.

Whether you are building a bustling modern city, a post-apocalyptic wasteland, or a rural highway, these props provide essential environmental detail without sacrificing performance.

Key Features

Game-Ready Optimization: Built from the ground up for real-time engines. Every model features a clean, triangulated low-poly topology coming in at under 2,000 vertices per mesh.

High-Definition PBR Textures: Includes crisp, professional 4K (4096 x 4096) baked textures for every asset, ensuring high visual fidelity even up close.

Easy Customization: The color (Albedo/BaseColor) maps are completely blank. You can easily overlay your own text, speed limits, or warning symbols using standard design software like Photoshop, Figma, Lunacy, or GIMP.

Organized & Modular: Each sign is exported as an independent FBX file with its own dedicated material and texture set, making it simple to drag and drop only what you need into your project.

Note: Front and back renders are included to demonstrate clean rear mounting-bracket details and realistic pole structures. Custom text can be added directly to the texture maps or via engine-side UI/decals.

Compatibility

Unreal Engine 5, Unity, Blender and Godot. On UE5 the combined FBX auto-splits on import (check pivot per sign); the CGTrader ZIP is pre-split per model with folders. Re-apply the packed texture in-engine if it does not auto-assign, then add text via texture edit or engine decals.

Free for personal and commercial game use. CC Attribution-NonCommercial on Sketchfab mirrors — check the CGTrader license for client work. Do not resell standalone.

FAQ

How do I add text to a blank billboard?

Edit the blank albedo in Photoshop, Figma, Lunacy or GIMP, or overlay an engine decal/UI widget for localized signs.

The 10-pack is split into two Sketchfab uploads (see Note above). For the full pre-split set with folders, use the CGTrader ZIP.

What is the texel density?

4K packed PBR per pack — crisp up close for highways, cities and wastelands without extra draw calls.
